Gaya 9 Terms & Conditions — please read before you start

1. General Terms

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Gaya 9:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, the payment may be temporarily held and additional information may be requested.
• Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gaya 9's bonus and promotion offers are subject to the following general terms. Individual offers may also carry their own specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met after claiming a bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play games on Gaya 9.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire and be forfeited after this period.
